Cardio Kickboxing is a fun and engaging way to stay in shape while also releasing some of that stress that builds up from daily life. In a typical cardio kickboxing class, the student will spend an hour participating in a combination of punching / kicking a bag, doing various body weight exercises, jogging, etc. Generally each class is fast-paced but can be dialed down by intensity so that both seasoned athletes and total beginners can participate in the same class.
